Despite what they think, according to this court decision, truck drivers at the port are employees, not owner-operators. I’m sure this will be challenged in court by the ATA.

The anticompetitive agreement on transpacific trade got bigger. Two agreements merge into one.  The outcome will be price ‘fixing’ or rationalization.  An attempt to overcome the downward push of freight rates in perfect competition.   Look for container rates to stabilize.
