Truckload Carrier Driver Turnover Rate Heads Up – Supply Chain 24/7

Smaller firms are showing lower turnover than large firms. What does that mean?  I think drivers value the ability to have a say, and they’re not getting it in the large firms.

Data issued by the American Trucking Associations today shows that the annualized driver turnover rates at large truckload fleets remains high.

Trucking can use a new image.  It’s too easy to blame those at the bottom of the supply chain for ills caused by inattention at the top.

A new trucking advocacy group is trying to buff up and modernize the image of the 7 million Americans involving in the domestic trucking industry.
