Talent Drought Threatening Supply Chains

Line managers and C-level execs differ widely in their perception of their ability to acquire top supply chain talent. The study asked folks about 13 key capabilities they might plan to use.

Another interesting finding: only 24% of mid-level execs thought HR was doing a good job in helping recruit supply chain professionals.  I’ve never thought HR did a very good job at recruiting anyone, so this does not surprise me. It did surprise me though that more than half of C-levels did think HR is doing a good job.
