How many bucks does it take to change a light bulb?

LED bulbs justified on lower maintenance. I remember the first CFL bulbs, which were reputed to have longer lifetimes, but in fact broke more often. You could not unscrew them without breaking them after they first heated up and got brittle.  I hope LED bulbs are not like that.

Seems like heavy manufacturing is starting to learn lessons from the service industries like restaurants. When we see how what we eat is prepared, we are likely to think more of the restaurant.
