A heart surgery assembly line

Hey, mariners, perhaps we could set up heart surgery assembly lines aboard cruise ships. Vacation, cholesterol, a little cheap heart surgery, recuperation.

On the super-size cruise ships we could even have the heart surgeons’ convention and their yearly educational seminars at the same time, offering discounts to doctors who would perform operations as well as conventioneering.  There would be plenty of room, and we could stop periodically to pick up a thousand new patients at a new port of call.

A bit like fishing, with the ship as much a factory as a sailing vessel.
