It appears that Indian manufacturing is growing fast in the area of high tech specialized goods. I agree with marty’s assessment. The reason is the easy access to highly trained english speaking engineers and scientists , and a lot of familiarity with the markets through the indian diaspora. You have to find a niche and exploit it.
